In Australia, Autopack operation is located in a Sydney suburb of Botany.
This facility has a large showroom and a fully equipped workshop to provide Sales and Service support
for Sydney and NSW.
Victorian and Queensland markets are handled by Sales and Service agencies.
Autopack range of machines has been created by Australian pioneer of automated shrink packaging, Brian Budzynowski.
Brian's Shrink Packaging career begun in 1971 at Helix Electrical Products where he first tried his design skills.
In 1978, Brian and John Trigg founded Packmatic, which soon became the most popular brand in Australia.
Following an ill-fated take over of Packmatic, Brian moved on and founded a Joint Venture company in Thailand,
where the Autopack Brand was born.
Starting with "Solid Knife Welding" system, much higher speeds and lower prices,
AUTOPACK was in no time recognized as the technology leader in Austral-Asian region.
Design of Autopack machines is done both in Australia and Thailand where Brian and his design team spends
about 50% of the time.
